Teach this to your employees, monitor in front of the line first. Ask them if they've been served. Don't just ask random people in queue just in front of you. Plus no apology or whatsoever after I told them that I hadn't been served. Good job.... 😌 How to post picture btw in these reviews?

Very rude staff name Nor Hidayah. Please learn some manners and talk with your customer nicely. Secret Recipe please alert your staff at Secret Recipe Mergong Alor Setar and teach her some manners. My worst experince ever at Secret Recipe. Thank you.
