Very hospitality & Good customer service
Bad Management & Poor Workmanship overall. I bought my car with them and attached my service for the past 4 years due to extended warranty provided by Suzuki. I fork out nearly RM11,000.00 for all the services with them.My car air conditioner was very good all the while untill the service centre asked me for service the car air conditioning which cost me nearly RM300 right after that my cooling coil started to leak. When I check with air cond specialist outside it seems they never done the proper service at all after the specialists found few nuts and bold not even opened.
3 days back I sent my car ask them to check on my cooling coil leakage. They asked me to leave my car for 1 day for them to check. The 2nd day they call me back and ask 3 days extension for them figure out the actual problem. Today all the sudden they want me to leave my car 3 weeks for them to proceed with the claims process with the condition the customer need to bare the labour cost which was charged RM350+RM60. And my car was still under warranty. Today they call me back and said it’s hard for them to proceed the claim since my 80,000km service was done late by 700km which I already encountered and inform the problem prior to my 80,000km service.
Since I found ridiculous to proceed claims for 3 weeks by just letting car in service centre and at the need of the day you found your car not eligble for warranty.
So I told them to proceed with the cash which cost me RM700 to replace the cooling coil and labour RM350+RM60 RM 1100.00 in total. If I would have done this outside the entire cost was RM380+RM200 RM 580.00 in total.
The management also is very poor at attending customer while not given priority even if you have made appointment for your service. You still needs to follow the queue.
In a nutshell after 4 years being bond to a service centre(RODA BAIDURI) without being eligible to get the right warranty and right service is just waste of money and time.
NICEST and most SOFT-SPOKEN front desk ever. They’ll call you and keep you updated on your car (update you on spare parts price etc) and they treat you SO nice at the place itself. They lose a start because on the day I picked up the car, the radio wasn’t functioning. They had so many days (more than 5 days) to give my car a thorough check and fix what was necessary. But to find out the flaw on the first minute of pick up wasn’t great :/
Good customer service, but bad workmanship. Changed absorber, mounting and bearing here (suzuki), and they’re not cheap. Had to come back (i live quite far) due to squeaking sound when steering, before travel back to hometown. Told it was the new rubber mounting rubbed against the car body that caused the sound. They took everything out again and applied gris. Squeaking sound gone. While traveling back, a clunking sound came out. Lucky I arrived safely. Had to leave the car to my brother at hometown to sort it out now.
Update: Clunking sound due to absorber links were loose. Also engine oil leaks after service here. Found out the filter screws not tightened.
My first time came to service my suzuki swift here.. Overall is above my expectations. Staff really helpful+friendly.. Surely will come back again.
This is much better than Proton Mutiara Damansara service center! I have mark the time here, approximately 1 hour 30 minutes they can get your car running like brand new again
Called to your office yesterday, a malay guy pickup my phone, voice very slow like "chicken" and unclear, really hard to hear what he talking about. What I ask for the question can't answer me as well. How come can put a people without automotive knowledge at your customer service. Actually I also want to make an appointment for service too, but I still not finish my conversations, already off my phone, so rude! I walk in today without appointment, 0825 reached your office and saw two car waiting outside the gate, your staff should be reach early than customer! I direct straight away send my car to other place for service although your office is near to my house & office. Conclusion, I think I will not send my car to your work shop anymore including my family and company car. You all wasting customer time! Thank you.
Slow & bad service. Almost one hour waiting for them to pick up customer at MRT KD! Done repair & rosak balik. Whaaat??
Everything about service they done it fast but when it comes to complaint,they keep twisting around with 1001 of excuse not to check it."Roda" Baiduri alright..
