Rifle Range Health Group was formed on the 5 December 2013 with less than 10 members practicing Qigong from 6.45-8.15 a.m. Then we introduced NESH exercise. In the month of February, we have the support from My Sihat, Lembaga promosi Kesihatan Malaysia and Penang Diabetic Association. With their help, together with Mr. Tia we did a lot of events for our members since then.
In March 2013, we introduced line dancing and in May 2013, we did arm swinging and hand clapping exercise. Later in the month of August 2013, we change the hand clapping exercise to Clap Aerobics. We are considering singing lessons for our members at the park.
Up till today we have more than a hundred registered members.
Membership is FREE.
It is opened to everyone from all walks of live, to those who are interested to exercise.
