  I had a fantastic experience with RHB Bank. Their staff members are truly exceptional, always friendly, and make the banking process efficient. I was impressed by their respectful attitude towards customers, which made me feel valued and well taken care of. I highly recommend RHB Bank for their outstanding service!

  It is very disappointed that the staff were playing hand phone during working hour. I tried to asking for open a new account but the staff seemed that i had already "DISTURB" her to play hand phone.

  Very slow service, just change contact number for OTP only have to wait for 1hour plus. While left around 8person only but take too long .Very bad experience in this branch...
