The most strategic lodging place you can find in Fraser Hill, not to mention 1 of the most reasonable priced one too!

Despite its being a well aged settlement, the rooms are well equipped with the basic necessity - electric kettle, LCD TV with HDMI input and even a fridge.

I stayed at the Junior suite room at Puncak Inn, Fraser Hill. There was unpleasant smell once entering the room and it won't go away even after opening the window and switching on the fan. And for that I rate Puncak Inn for 1 star only. Next time would like to try Shahzan Inn and hopefully its not as dissappointed as Puncak Inn.

For the price, it's okay. But again please remind yourself that you are opting for a cheap inn accommodation, not a 5-star hotel chain. Bring your own toiletries; they only provide small soap, toilet roll and mouthwashing cup. Although I did prepare my own bedsheets, it wasn't necessary at all. Didn't find alleged "molds" at any of the booked rooms (had 12 rooms total to compare). Bed was decent and clean. It's not fluffy duck feather pillow, but it's a decent pillow. All amenities working. Excellent hot shower. But, some toilet doors couldn't close properly. Breakfast is okay. You can rent bike when it's not raining. Don't leave the window net open, monkeys will enter.

Very accessible in Fraser's Hill town center but not suitable for old people because the stairs are simple unsuitable for them to walk, steep and high. The toilets and shower room should be clean without mold because it looks ugly for guest. Play a little soft music at the lobby to help guest relax after difficult travel up hill in winding road, most of them feel nausea and or dizzy when they reach the hotel. The restaurant should serve Barista coffee and some good English bread, invest in this and that will definitely increase customers satisfaction and score higher marks. Tourism Pahang should really consider this to increase better numbers of return customer to the hotel. Fraser;s Hill is losing it's Little England taste. Engage and invest with good quality chef and waiter services to help build back the customer satisfaction. You have the best location but do not know how to use it properly.

The staff were accommodating, the breakfast was fairly good. The room was quite small and relatively expensive for what it was, however really you're paying for the location.

The service given were good. Room was quite small but ok as the price was affordable. It was right in the middle of Fraser Hill and quite convenient.

We took the smallest room on the first floor and didn't expect it to be that small! Anyway room was clean, and the hotel has good and friendly staff. Superb location as it is right in the middle of town. But remember not to open your bedroom windows when you are not in the room. We had monkeys that sneak into our room and ate all our junk foods!

Had a bad enough experience not to return to this property even though their regular room (my final night) was civilised. Fraser's Hill a great birding place no doubt. There are other properties for my next trip however. Puncak Inn shouldn't be selling such abysmal accommodation for RM100 a nite with these kind of conditions. Damp, no hangers, broken and stained fixtures and; I can go on A diagrace to the hospitality industry.

Comfort and cheap. Located in front of the clock tower. But restaurant is limited. Suit for nature lover for hiking etc.
