  It makes me wonder why we have to change our MyKad address just to open an account here and provide details of our workplace as well as documents related to work or business SSM if have any. If we are not working, then we need to provide our spouse's personal and work details.
  
  The process is so strict compared to other banks but since it's the only bank in the neighbourhood, the customers have to follow all requirements with no other option.
  
  Other banks like CIMB (Petronas, Tesco) and MBB (Petron, Tesco) have ATM and CDM machine here. BSN (Petronas) and RHB (Tesco) only has ATM here. Others are yet to be discovered.
  
  I hope those who wish to open an account here whether it's a savings or current account will be prepared and bring all necessary documents or you might not be able to open an account that day.
  
  I waited until my number was called and end up going home empty-handed because i didn't bring any documents related to my workplace. Such a pity and a waste of time.
  
  It would be good if they provide a clear guideline on the requirements needed to open an account. That way people don't need to wait in line just to hear their documents were insufficient to proceed with the account opening.
