Make survey when u wan to courier using pos laju. Different poslaju branch will gv u different price although its the same thg, same weight, same dimension. Mayb the staff were not trained properly. Bukit tinggi poslaju gv significantly cheaper courier fee compared to port klang branch. It changes according to the staff rotation. Did not experience this with DHL though. Staff also not friendly, slow. They work like a government staff although poslaju is already privatised. I wonder how they can sustain with all these workers n attitudes. Parking line outside need some repainting especially for disable parking spot. Able body person kept parking at OKU space.
Very rude staff and very rude words as well, I am really very disappointed with staff attitudes and there is a sticky for use debit but they cannot accept my debit/master cards. Please take action on this I have attached the picture of the staff name. Thank you
During PKP, less crowded since the seats for three now can accomodate only two. But when fully occupied there'll be quite a long line waiting to get in. However the counter service does'nt seems to hv improved much as compared to normal days (before the Covid-19 pandemic). As compared to "Other services" [whether super/mini markets, wet markets, banks etc] theres no special lane for Senior Citizens, Pregnant Ladies or Disable Personslike me
A small post office with usual services. I came at 315 pm There were only 2 counters opened out of 4. The service at counters were slow contributing to long waiting period. Half hour later my turn came to renew my driving licence, the service to new was surprisingly fast.
worst service ever. postman will only horn his car..no calls from them..and only sms with no deadlinethe phone never answered..should just erase the number..shame on you post laju pelabuhan klang!
Parcel arrived WAY later than expected, as a result, no one was home to receive it. I confirmed with them that I would personally go to the office to claim my item, but then when I got there this morning they said they've sent it out for re-delivery, but they didn't inform me at all. I wasted time going to the office myself. And not to mention that the random, uninformed re-deliver is likely going to fail again because there's no one at home! If only they weren't so slow there'd be no problem at all because then my house wasn't empty during the holidays.

WORST bloody service ever lah. Online tracking states parcel out for dispatch at 10:30am but till the cows came home no delivery. Call their superb highly qualified staff the next day, only to get through after 20+ times, only to be informed that " Memang sudah dispatch tapi takde penerima". WTF!! My mum was diligently awaiting the whole freaking day but to no avail. Don't even have that no one at home notis that they shd leave at the door. Then, she can inform me that they can't send it today as it's stored away and only to be out tomorrow.. WTF !!! At the end I'll be going to collect it myself. POS LEMBAB shd be their new name lah
