Hi Google, is there any adjective that represent incompetency on your review section since I want more. Poslaju Miri should deserve more criticism so they can wake up and be better. For now I can only 1 star since its the lowest I wish they are lower. You are an embarrassment to other Poslaju in Malaysia.
The worst courier company ever in Malaysia. POS LAMBAT Ini ! ! ! ! ! bukan POS LAJU. Telephone never pick up one. Item never received but system show received. Never ever try your luck on this company, you will disappointed
My parcel already reach Miri for 2 weeks, i wonder what PosLaju is doing, such a slow service! Today i received 3 parcels from PosLaju at 10am, originally they only pass 2 parcels and then rang my doorbell and pass another parcel, cause they 'tertinggal' 1 more parcel. Suddenly at 12.37pm they sent a picture of my house and a close up picture of my parcel through Whatsapp, followed by calling me and hang up really fast. Right after that, they texted me to pickup my parcel by myself at the office. I find it very fishy and they do that because they 'tertinggal' that parcel when they're delivering my parcels earlier on (they probably send a picture of my house they took earlier on because it was raining, so i didnt sign any form. If they want the picture to be more believable, they shouldve take the picture of my parcel with my house as the background). They didnt ring the doorbell or even honk. There wasn't even a notice saying i missed the delivery. All these texts and calls happen at 12.37pm with no time gap. How on Earth someone is gonna know their parcel arrive if u only text and call through Whatsapp?? Please think logically, not everyone carries their phone around the house 24/7 and not everyone have data. I called the number and they never even pick up, and my messages were left 1 tick. What a disappointment, PosLaju. I wish i can rate u 0 star.
Excuse me, how many months do you need to transit my parcel from your transit office? I do understand all this lateness is due to the mco, but how can other places still manage to deliver their customer's parcels, even if it is a bit late. But, i can say the service is pretty poor that even the location of the parcel is not updated until i need to refund my things. At least update the location of the parcel wont ya 🤦🏽♀️
The service is so slow. My item has passed days before receiving date. Most of the online shopping should use other reliable courier.
2 of my car parts was posted since 4 november 2019 and another one part since 14 november 2019 from kl. But, now my 1st item it's been took 18 days waiting for delivery to miri and been complaining to HQ as well and their answer is still pending in KL until now 22 november 2019. Always checking on tracking system and still pending. 2nd item has been arrived in miri on 20 november 2019. But, until today the status of item still the same and is not updated when checked on tracking system. Very disappointed of lacked and slow of services given, either system is problem or human error and needed to be improved for the services in future.

Never pickup phone and call the toll free line to do second delivery but never do the second delivery. Go collect one parcel wait for 1 hour. So, inefficient staffs.
no good system. no good manager. no call backs. no working phone. doesnt know how to read addresses. dont know how to use google maps. always give reason " dont know the address" so they dont need to deliver parcel. bullsh*t

I would like to give ZERO star. The eastwood collection office never open on time on Saturday. At least 15 to 25 min late, which i experienced myself. If your staff are so tire and can not open the office at 8am, please amend your opening time to 8:30am and dont waste other people time and fuel. I have never collect in the weekday at 8am, other may comments.
Please laaa poslaju.. why still not deliver to my customer? Consignment still at your place since 29march, now already 5april. Where is your responsibility on this matter? Already complain on HQ still no action. Are your staff all got excident and die? No one to handle that parcel?

It has already closed down and move. Beware. Previously coming here service terrible though. Go to the one in Boulevard Top floor, staff at that branch very nice, friendly and helpful.

You might as well just cancel your phone line subscription. Might as well hide your working hours too so that people don’t think they can still call you at 4pm on a friday because your operating hours are till 530pm.

The worst. First, they don't call when the recipient is not at home, which they should have before issuing the pick-at-post-office letter. Second, they put the old address "Jalan Pos, Miri" on the letter when they have already moved to Eastwood Industries. Hilarious. Of course, I have all the time in the world. Third, you should have at least put a signboard of Poslaju at the junctions. Do you expect people to go to all junctions to find you? What in the world? Seriously Poslaju Miri management???!!!
They moved to new place now in Eastwood industrial area in the lorong just in front of the lorong of GDex. Everyone please be aware...

Where do I start. Ok well I would actually give them zero (or possibly negative stars) if I could. The service is horrendous. Super slow and rude to the customers. I would advise others to post using city link or gdex instead. Not recommended at all

There are one very arrogant officer at Pos Malaysia counter named Salasiah behave rudely at customer while refusing to renew driving license and pass it to someone else to do it. I wish this very person to be transferred somewhere else.

dropped my parcel at poslaju last thursday before 2pm for it to be shipped to shah alam. still hasnt arrived after almost a week. and the person waiting at shah alam needs to deliver it to beijing by tomorrow!!! i've called them A LOT of times and all of them are unanswered. time is very precious and i have deadlines to catch on for the parcels. would rate it 0 star but can't the review won't be posted. poor service, pos lambat ~
Extremely slow service, take a number and waited for 2 hours, it feels like my number will never be call out. Please solve this issue, not everyone has 2 hours to wait!
Late delivery maybe understandable due the amount of parcel to much for them to handle in short time but when it to the customer service, damn.. mybe it is pos laju miri main strategy to outsmart mirian from asking about their item is just dont ever pickup the phone, coz how i know about this...i have call over n over from the morning until now and it just keep on ringing...

Very dissapointed with this post.. I have order thing from JB to Lawas, but it's stuck at miri post office, include today it's alreally a week my thing there.. And doesn't have any movement.. I really urgently need my parcel! Please improve your service.

Let the picture speak for itself. Says delivered to Marsidi even when we waited hours for Poslaju Miri to look for the parcel. Then told to go home cos they cant find it. But lo and behold, when track again, parcel already returned to sender!!! THE CRAPPEST SERVICE.

I think pos laju in dire need of new direction or SOP KPI in order to remain competitive.
Business hour clearly stated Saturday is open from 8:00 am til 4:00 pm, but I was greeted with closed door in miri.
