    My parcel got stuck here for 9 days already !! I need the items asap as it is so important. Please do your job properly. We pay quite a large amount for your service but ended up waiting forever to receive the parcel. Please, please send to me my parcel asap !!

    Order item from UK.. check tracking.. UK to Malaysia take 4 days.. now, my item in MPC KLIA and still not send for 6 days!! Item is longer in our own country than oversea.. how to call them?? item is very pricey

    even though Sarawak & Sabah both are part of Borneo island. they are both different state, any parcel address to Sarawak should be send to Kuching, Sibu or Miri. any parcel address to Sabah should be send to Sandakan or Kota Kinabalu. To those staff that work at Poslaju KLIA branch please be professional at your job, how would you feel if someone send your parcel from Sarawak or Sabah goes to Thailand, Philippines or other countries first before they send to your home

    I know u are short of staff. But please answer calls. My item have been there for a week. I try call the customers service and office number but nobody there to answer. What kind of service is this? If u cant send the item. Pls make sure someone pickup the phone. People will not get angry if someone pick the phone and explain. Now how u want to explain? I even sent email. No one reply. Im really disappointed with the service provided

    My item is stuck for 5 days. I have been waiting for 1 weeks and still no progress. I call the customer service and they not even answering my call. I have call many time and the thing that i heard is only your advertisement about your company that only waste my top up to call. Please do your job properly. Very poor service. Dont build up a company if your service is bad

    Tracking update is very slow compared to othes pos laju branch..

    The status always show (Consignment dispatch out from Transit Office) ..How long I need to wait???

    N nobody pick up the phone...

    So sad. My parcel was open by Pos Laju and found a chop mention Kastom checking. Unlucky, i lost something in my parcel. What a poor and unsecured ...

    Guys, your parcel is not stuck in this post office but under custom clearance instead. Most of the reason is parcel value above RM500 and need to pay tax. If you are waiting post laju to do the clearance, it will takes at least 2 weeks to them get back to you. If you're living nearby Klang Valley, track your parcel via online and status is under custom clearance, just go directly to the custom office building and get it by yourself. Else, you have no choice to wait them call or email you. Chill! :)

    One of the post officer at the counter wearing tudung acted rudely.. She knew there are no lines (only 2 customer including me) so I just wait next to the current customer being served, then after a while another customer came in.. and she (the officer) told me to get in line and refusing to treat me and proceed with the just arrived customer at the back.. SHE CLEARLY KNEW I WAS WAITING THERE WHEN THERE ARE NO ONE THERE! AT LEAST GIVE THE COURTESY TO LET ME KNOW TO WAIT AT THE BACK WHEN YOU NOTICED ME EARLIER, NOT AFTER A NEW CUSTOMER ARRIVED! SO RUDE THIS TUDUNG GIRL, better off work at the back office if you don’t like to entertain customers, or better off not working at all.. SO RUDE, I don’t think I can forget this incident the next time I come here.
