  Idk who's the customer service. But this person keep
  hung up my call. I called for a reason. And you're paid to work there. Please have some courtesy to answer the phone calls.

  didt even drop a call if customer not at home, if postman would have drop a calll definitely i will inform him to serve to the security guard, to save my time to pick up myself

  The delivery guy reached my house today at noon and nobody was home. No collection ticket/receipt was given and the delivery guy did not even call the number given. Disappointed with the deliveries as if they should be more responsible while delivering stuffs. The Post Office should do something to maintain the discipline in their workers

  During lunch hrs 12noon onwards only one or two counter open. Then waiting time is take very long and slow. Sometime on specially on Monday better dont go to post office ayer keroh. Wasting time keep on waiting for yr turn.

  A bit small establishment but the process of renewing roadtax and insurance is moderate. Well, the good news is, this place is very cozy and the staff here is very friendly and polite...

  Package suprisingly got there from pos laju melaka and the staff is not friendly at all 👎 Huge disappointment!
