Poor customer service by the freckled lady in mask. Pls replace her immediately. No place for her in CS, bad manner

Terrible service by Siti Khalilah. Her attitude cannot be there as customer sevices. Please TAKE ACTION or replace new person that can talk nicely and give some good info to new cutsomer. Very frustrated after long time never used this services.

Excellent service, short waiting time. Ample of seats available. Staff is very helpful and responsive. There's this one time the staff calls out reaching to those who needs to settle their LHDN business to directly form another queue to ensure they had it done before their (LHDN) system closes at 4pm. They can easily let it be and tell customers to come again tomorrow, but nope! this place is the best.
