  Paid for their postage box to post, the receiver get a A4 paper box instead literally scamming 0 star thus hang off my call for severe times .

  Very fast service during RMCO. Staff are friendly, especially the guard who was very helpful. Renewal of license was done in less than 20 mins.

  Staff very irresponsible, since they dont have borang ask public to go photostat the borang and send to them . It's not out fault then complain that they dont have A4 paper ? Why like this

  I like the pos laju counter with good service and speed. Unfortunately, the counter no.1 and 2 very slow and kept chatting with customer. Pls act professionally

  Been using this Pos Laju for a long time. Great service by the staff there. Recommended branch :)
  
  P.S. Avoid the long queue by coming in during odd hours. The best thing is that it is open everyday!

  Because it's located inside AEON shopping mall, so it's usually crowded, although I was try to come at noon (1-2 pm). Sometime, my problem can't solved here and must drive to Pos Laju in Ida 1A to do that, especially if I order something online. One plus mark is staff very kind and enthusiasm with me, I appreciate it.
