This place is NOT a hotel. If you want to take a shower and rest, I recommend to use Plaza Premium Lounge KLIA1.At first clerks are so noisy...laughing, chatting...a paper cup in my cabin was looked “used”. Furthermore the head of reclining chair is smelly of head （−＿−；）
No slippers and we can’t close the key from inside.Although I paid the charge already and show wallet and reserve confirmation, the clerk forced me to send email in front of her. Anyway please be careful when you use this “spa”!report this review -
