i have to make a complain about the bad customer survice . The reason for my dissatisfaction is the language that one of your employees is using when i make a booking by phone . I want to rent a badminton court for one and a half hour but your employee shouted at me rudely and say ' oi kau sekarang main apa ini ,kita ada pakej 6:30-9:00 sahaja ' , how do i know what is your package ?? This is not the first time he being rude to customers, I don't know how many people he has offended, but I found it so offensive and i will not go again .I hope you will give due attention to this matter.
is this badminton court have stupid manager or what?or that malay male is manager?

The facilities are good in condition, not bad to play at here. Ironically, the Malay male staff who are working at night always gave the poor service to the customer( One Shamalin branch). His poor attitude in serving the customers has made me pissed off. I am not going to patronize again at night. I feel like he better be the boss but not the employee, I posted this because it is not the first time i have to see his arrogant face...I will suggest all the fellow badminton lover to play in the morning if it is possible.
Stop using the photo with my phone number on it, for more than 4 years Im receving phone call for badminton court enquiry, now i know what happen already.
