I only stayed one night as business trip in May 2017. I have to change to a new room as the first room was full of cigarette smell and the cattle was not functioning. Reception front desk was absolutely look like a bus stop ticket counter and problem to find food at the neighborhood.
Very little channels available. Bed sheets are old and dusty. No slipper available for resident.

We stayed for 2 nights and would not stay again even despite the cheap price. The room itself was comfortable and reasonably clean, but all other areas of the hotel were very dated. Fine for the budget conscious.

We recently stayed at Peninsula Residence for three nights in one of their family suite! We were impressed with how apartment was presented. At night, i can have a beer in pub downstair to enjoy EPL match. Great!

My family stayed in the two grand apartments at the hotel on December 2016. This is a gorgeous home/hotel and very inspiring. The location is perfect with easy access to many places of importance.

Stayed on the 30th Dec 2016. It was stunningly horrible. Everything was not functioning. Only few channel available and poor service. No room service. Taking shower is a nightmarewater pressure was so low that you hardly get to bath decently. Good point is that is cheap and we all decided to change hotel the very next day. We hope the Management would take steps in making improvement in their service standard. Even basic necessity is not met.

Awesome place. Exactly what I prefer. Huge rooms, great vibe. Stunning pool. Pleasant staff. Awesome that all staff was able to suggest great places to go in the area.
