  Bad system. Just want to drop off shopee parcels. Take ages!! Unlike other courier company, just prepare a basket for people to drop off their parcels . Need to take very very long time to queue and wait and to drop off parcel..

  When here to pos medicine for friend. Although it was during PKP but the staff here is very efficient.
  The Malay lady staff was at the entrance asking customers what they want to do and giving them the numbers to proceed with the service. The sitting chairs inside also was 1 meter away from each other.
  All the counters were operating at this pos johor Jaya.
  THANKS TO ALL POS STAFF AT JOHOR JAYA FOR THE SERVICE U PROVIDED DURING PKP.

  Dont be lazy lah Malaysia people.Everything want to ask by call. There are 3 counter for you to ask anything. Pos Malaysia is mailing service not customer service. My experience, counter lady is nice and efficient. No long queue.

  Service super slow. Pls do it faster. And just kirim satu benda ,Sudah tunggu 1jam, pergi dulu Kali pun Sudah guna 2jam.

  I try to call through the contact number provided today for 4 times. There's someone answer but a few second only hang up. The same thing happen for 4 times. What is going on? Please give a feedback ASAP ,TQ.
