  This is a massive building and can be confusing, but the staff is helpful in giving directions. Note: You can drive in downstairs at the car park level, where most do the services are located including the picking up your parcel booth.

  Huge building, it was hard to find the counter wich sells stamps, but the staff is friendly and helpful.
