Bad service. Your staff very impolite. We are asking how to deliver our stuff. She’s impolite to answer my questions. Somehow very rude. Please improve it.
I generally find very good service from counter staff every time I go to the post office. It’s the top management that lets them down and causes lacking in efficiency of the system they put in place.
Opens everyday! Including Sat and Sun. 8am to 8pm.
Not many counters open.
Yes, there were a few chatting away but the one serving customers was polite and helpful.
Renewed driving licence and found out that I have to download and register the MyJPJ app before renewal can be done.
Max renewal is 10years. There's no more issuance of physical driving license renewal card but only digital versions available in the app.
So do save the pictures of the renewed license in your phone for reference.
Good service. Majorly the staffs are nice and helpful. They provide their best to assist the customers. Just very hard to get a parking 🚗
Came at 12pm on Tuesday, bought Setem Hasil (rm10/each) but cannot pay other than cash, so had to walk to next door building and withdraw money from ATM 🥲 Bring cash ya folks.

The service was fast and excellent, staffs were polite and answered for every enquiries. The staff informed about the pricing for larger box which they measure by size and weight. App and self print consignment note was quite useful. thank you
DHL are cheaper, quicker and more professional.
Seriously, I don't know why I even try to mail things. The staff on Tuesday have different prices from the staff on Wednesday. The staff on counter 3 is working on a totally different system to counter 13.
Can I have a stamp, a tracking number and a side of order of "hope it gets there" please.
DHL were less than half the price and about a million times more reassuring that your mail won't just get chucked in a ditch.
Perhaps if they were less concerned about laminating colour coded ID cards for the light bulbs they'd provide a better service.

30 minutes for 2 customers. Is it ridiculous? Spoke to the manager, saying that the staff is busy. why not open more counter then? They did apologize, and guess what? Throw our parcel in front of our eyes. All the best with your attitude 👏🏼
The best of all comparing to the other post offices around JB Town. The staffs are polite and friendly. And they are very efficient in dealing with customers' inquiries.
One stop for stamps, parcels, road tax, insurance and driving licence renewal etc. Parking is a problem.

From website don't have information where store weekend close and weekend open, i bring packed 15 kg, then store pos laju closed .. damn
I had to pay the post office a visit to return a product I bought online. Their over-the-counter service is very good. I was clueless going in and they helped by giving clear instructions on what to do.
Closed on Sunday September 2, but no information. POS= Shame of Malaysia
spend money for Poslaju, but the LAJU need to take 2 weeks for a 20 mins travelling very disappointed with the service.
Poslaju in johor especially johor and kulai is really give theirs customer a terrible slow services. Take almost 5 day to update a status? That’s is too much. Melampau. Customer are don’t care about ‘ we received too much parcel, so please be patient ‘.
Poslaju company terima untung yg tinggi. So ceo please lah upgrade gaji staff, tambah baik services. Even abg poslaju kulai ckp, staff x ckup. Dia lah yg nk delivery brg,dia lah yg nak angkut brg.
Yang berpangkat atas semua senang lenang. Yang struggle pekerja bawah. Shame on you.
And i wonder people still used this terrible services while there’s a lot of other courier that have fast services. Like me, I don’t have a choice because in my case I bought an online garment from overseas so once the parcel arrived in malaysia, Poslaju automatically will use their courier to send my parcel.

i wonder why call pos laju? as my parcel send from Kuala Lumpur to Kulai, for 6 days, it's not even reach the recipient, and your Tracking system just stop tracking since the day 3.. and now is day 6th..
Pos Laju Malaysia, what happened to you? call to your Johor branch for more than 2 hours nobody is gonna answer the call..
i can say the most worst and retard service that you provide.. if i can choose 0 star, i will do that, too bad i'm only able to choose 1 as the lowest rating..

Nine and friendly staff. Renovated interior which is now fully air conditioned. Parking however is a big problem as there parking lots are limited.
