Good customer service by staff and sales advisor. Sort out my power window switch problem quickly. Azman the SA even send me to the train station. I would suggest more staff to be present at the counter to reduce the waiting time.
The worst Proton Edar outlet. You have to call them several times a day to check the status of your car, they NEVER call you back. I have no idea how this outlet able to survive with such horrible service.
Good services. Ample seats. Have restaurants and cafes nearby in the area that is within walking distance if you choose to wait during car service.

1. Please do early apoitnment - more than 2-4 hour time to service
2. Only consultant in frontdesk will call - others than that never know
3. The service so slow - even your car had a rutine check
4. Ladies at pay counter so rude
5. Lower in hospitality and cust services
Only security guard (indian guys) always smile and talk to u and suggest to go to mamaks..

The place is so nice and comfy. A big space for waiting area with air conditioning, and also kids corner for kids to play n rest.
Used to called at least 3 or 4 times to arrange for service appointment. Always or hardly no one pickup. Sometimes just walk in or purposely drive there personally to make service appointment. Service wise don't expect so much.
If u come for car service & maintenance then go ahead. They have good service advisor who advise what need to be done for your car at every mileage. But don't expect top notch customer service here cause they really fail when it come to customer comfort and perception. Although air condition, the waiting lounge lacks basic amenities. We don't expect 5 star treatment but at least free WiFi should be order of the day for most waiting lounge. If you need to wait, best to have your own mobile data and some snacks while waiting.
Brought a new Proton Saga for my first car, sent to service twice, the service is excellent. The last thing to expect from Proton, whom name is quite bad among my friends & family, being accused of low quality & all. So far the car is great, bought it for ease of access from work to home after all, didn't expect to have luxury or sport car capability. The one thing that make me feel glad about buying Proton is definitely their customer service. Not the kind of 5 star service you received from luxury car service center, but it's just friendly and make you feel comfortable being around. At least some good thing to talk about Proton next time I meet my friends & family. XP

I was told by Proton SC in bangi that this place is bigger; therefore better. I was charged RM180 for just checking. In the end, no repair was done. Mr Bala the service advisor had a very negative thinking. Even before checking, already requested 2 to 3 days. The cashier had no idea what was being charged.
This place is definitely a scammer. If you guys wants to buy some spare parts, ok. But for service and reparation, try to look for other places.
Finally can comment here,im really Regret buy car from here...waste my one day leave,and my new car no wash to me.. Only wipe...really damn bad service.
Had been calling 5 times, no one is answering, then I gave up then this screen popped up, then I gave my vote and comment. If there’s a half-star, I’ll definitely select that.
counter staff slowpoke his name is fadzrul, and forgot to arrange appointment for claiming warranty of sensor.....make me call several times and in the end face to face make appointment.....
and during that day, he so more forgot to asked me the car color after face to face arrange appointment.............never call me...... in the end, waste more time for waiting...........

Very good after sales service and good service advisor previously was mr anabala he was a good sa but then moced to proton glenmarie but now i always ask for mr hassarudin very friendly sa explains to me the problems and show me the repair order items to be change and the price been sending my proton saga flx 1.6 since day 1 very satisfiying despite the poor service of making appoiment by call .... download the MY PROTON app saves loads of time for maing service appoinment .
My Iriz Official Service Centre. I don't know whether they are doing good or not but I trust them as a professional and expert service centre.
Just change my sparepart here and the experienced was good despite bad review here. My half day of annual leave is worth because my car was done at 1pm even it take about 3.5 hours to finish. Thanks to friendly staff , En.Abdullah whose follow up the foreman to finish repairing my car before 1pm.
Just wishing all proton SC could provide sleeping pod/area while waiting our car. 😜

After reading bad reviews of this place I was ready to drive somewhere else for service in case of rude staff or long waiting time. Came on a Sunday, very quiet in terms of staff numbers but I was in and out within 1.5 hours for routine service. This in itself blew me away. Staff was polite, and called me 2 days after to check how my car was. Plus, it was about RM100 cheaper than the Mutiara Damansara one which I'd gone to for 2 years.
Slow service, really unsatisfied with how the service is being done compared to other Proton showrooms. Chan Sow Lin surely knows how to give Proton Edar a bad name. Had my car in there for 2 weeks last time just for a minor problem due to poor coordination between Service Advisor and Foreman.

Able to fix my persona dashboard during weekend. Other service centre will fix it during weekdays only. Thumbs up!
poor Service, poor systems, poor management, poor facilities. Service is expensive and if you are like me to have your personal car registered under a company's name, the charges are more expensive.
Toyota and other marques are nearby. Check them out for a5 star rating and see why.
I waited for my car to be serviced from 8.30 am with appointment. My car has finished serviced at 12.30 pm. But the service advisor asked me to wait until 2.00 pm since the cashier staff is out for lunch. Pls have someone to be at service by adding staff, or just do correct your operation hour by adding lunch hour break so your customer will knew no one is available by then.
The sales agent are fuckup.pls dont go to this outlet.the car was nice.but the people zzzz
