    Complain PosLaju Miri worker that wearing green jacket and without tag. I have account with poslaju and I think I should close it soon because of the service provided by this PosLaju Miri worker. Last time I request to check for my item which PosLaju HQ indicate it is already in Miri but when I go pick-up, he simply check and told me not yet arrive and today my parcel come again, indicate that it is already in Miri and same person again tell me to go Piasau Utara Miri (Pusat Mel Miri). I ask him twice and he confirm item is at there. I then call Pusat Mel Miri and they told me, this is poslaju item code how come in Pusat Mel. Is this how poslaju service suppose to be? Think of it. I being polite and this kind of service for account customer. PosLaju HQ should take action on this impolite PosLaju Miri employee. Need name? Let me know, I will go ask. Thank you.

    Poor courier service ever and ever!!!! Stock missing happens frequently!!!! Branch Contact number never pick up call!!!

    Hello Pos Laju, I hope you really read this feedback!

    I received a notice of pos laju on 15/2/17 as there is no person in home, when I try to collect it on 19/2/17 at skudai pos serahan branch I was being told that the parcel had been return to Shah Alam!

    I was shock, as normally I was able to collect few days later even though there is no one at home during delivery.
    Out of curiosity, asking them for reason, being told there is a request from sender by email to return the parcel to them on 16/2/17, I contacted the sender, getting reply there is no instruction given to return the item!

    out of dissatisfied, I ask pos laju staff can I have the email to read or forward to me, they said no it was strictly for internal use only.
    And they ask me to contact pos laju Larkin instead, I contacted Larkin pos laju, same answer was being given!
    they ask me to call Shah Alam instead!

    why make our life so miserable? what we want is just to collect the item only! They keep pushing to different outlet and I was like a fool, is that the service of so called "national courier"?

    Guess what?
    my sender reply to me today 20/2/17, that there is no request to return the item at all, (as earlier pos laju staff told me item was return due to delivery fee unpaid, I strongly disagree as already paid to sender, again they said it was stated in email itself).

    Sender told me this morning 20/2/17, that after checking with Shah Alam, it was pos laju side who request to send back to them when there is unsuccessful delivery on 15/2/17 and no instruction given from receiver whether to pick up item at Johor Skudai branch, so they return to HQ!
    (Yes they suka suka anyhow make decision!)

    Can pos laju doing this without my knowledge and permission?
    If so, how we going to trust in their service in future?
    Please give me a satisfied answer! I need a good answer,
    DO NOT tell me it is email stated, show me the email, if you are innocent!

    I'm suffering lost of trust from my customer who is expecting to receive the goods yesterday 19/2/17!
