Normal business with this kind of rating already very early close down. Always water disruption every month without fail. Whats this company for ? Open tender let other more reliable company take over.

Worst service ever. Went for to apply for change of ownership for my house. Check every procedures online from their website and prepare the documents beforehand. Only been notified I need to snap photo of my water meter and print it out. But in fact it has already been removed since the last owner closed the account. However they insist I need to take the photo even without the water meter on. Ask for reasons but none was given. Disappointed service.

More than 4 days consecutively don’t have water supply.
Caused very inconvenient to public.
We know not Syabas root cause.
This happened due to lack of good planning.
Almost every year rakyat got to face such problems.
Hope our government can solve this in the near future. -
