It's the worst government servant ever. Shouldn't get any star. I went there for change school purposes. Serve with a long face and his eyes always glimpse at his watch. When a couple of doc need to be photocopy he just sighed. The way of action really made me feel uncomfortable. After everything is done he asks to wait for the transfer letter to be done and will be sending via email. After 2 days of waiting there's no doc received and the school session has already begun. My daughter can't go to school without the transfer letter. The called has been made many times and it's useless because no one picked up the phone and the phone was cut off. Is this the etiquette of government ppl working attitude huh? And guess what at the end of the year they'll get bonuses and increment for the lousy performance. What the all of this behaviour!!!!
I have encouraged the most unfriendliest staff here, the tone, expression and the way she asked me to go to the counter one there was not a single drop of professionalism. I couldn't mention her name cause she wasn't wearing name tag, isn't name tag compulsory for government staffs ?.
Even though the place is on parking floor and had to ask around to find but our experience was the Best. The counter staff are helpful and friendly. What impressed me the most the Pegawai walked towards us and explained matters and put us at ease. He supposed to go for lunch but stopped and helped us. Superb service.
Memang xdew orang in charge untuk answer call ke??? Kalau smua benda nak kena walk in, baik x payah letak general line - bukak cawangan lebih sikit yg easy accessible for everyone to walk in. Very frustrating and annoying - fikir orang free sangat ke to walk in hence that's why we call to enquire simple questions. In future, it is better to have a self-service and do things on our own rather than calling to a line which will have no response at all.
