Nice hotel. Comfy room. All facilities are good and looks new. I stayed in twin room, it has bath tub and shower. The room is big. It also has comfy armrest chairs, a table with 2 chairs. (For doing work)
Good breakfast.
Nice swimming pool. Kids pool has slide where kids will enjoy!
Connecting to one utama shopping complex. So very convenient to buy food, or shopping.

Great hotel to stay. Well connected with MRT, also connected to one word mall. The mall has lot of food options in the basement. Breakfast is superb , rooms are spacious, very clean washrooms, staff are very helpful. Do your bookings in advance as the hotel is full most of the time.

Rooms are very nice! Staff & service is better since changing out the staff to more local staff rather than foreigners. The Malaysian staff are very good and understand English.

Just attended the dinner function at ballroom. The waiters & waitresses service are good. Lobby very nice. Can't commend much!

Room was ok, quite suitable for two people. Bed was a bit hard comparing to other 5 star hotel. Breakfast looks like so many choices but I personally didn’t really enjoy it. Food was not yummy enough for me to pick up more. A good point of this hotel is the location which is connected to the big shopping center.

Very high class hotel run by Bandar Utama. Rooms are nice. But don't know why they don't bundle free wifi, you have to add on to get it. Location is very convenient as it is connected to 1 Utama shopping and of course many offices. So good for guests who willing to pay and easy meet up for meeting. To save on your hotel parking when visiting, might be good to park in 1 Utama and walkover to the hotel. If staying then ask for free parking.

It just located beside 1 Utama Shopping Centre which have few vegetarian restaurants thus quite accessible for me who is latco ovo vegetarian. The staff services are prompt and understanding which let us feel comfortable. Cleanliness of their room is 5/5 to me! No bed bug is what some hotels might lack of.

Reasonable rates and great rooms. Very modern and clean, with great breakfast spread. I had my wedding at this hotel and the staff are all very friendly and helpful. The food was fantastic during the banquet so the chef is very good,and responded well to our comments during the food tasting. The bridal suite was absolutely gorgeous.

Very good hotel. The rooms are big and comfortable. The gym is also very spacious and airy. For such a large and nicely designed hotel, the swimming pool is a bit small and plain.
Food is ok... then again the shopping center is just next door with a lot more choices.

Simply very nice hotel. Everything basic thing are available like iron, hair dryer, office table, comfortable bed. Directly access to neighbor shopping mall very convenient.

Great modern hotel with spacious rooms, nice pool and everything you expect from 4 stars. Connected to One Utama mall makes it one of the best hotels around. Great huge ball room for super large conventions.

Very friendly and polite staff. We are satisfied with the room cleanliness too. Beds were always nicely turned down for the evening.

We were given a variety of fruits on our first day here. That is a pleasant surprise.

There's a link to a big shopping centre (old n new wings) from hotel. A good variety n mix of shops. There's also an indoor playground in the new wing (2nd floor) to delight the children. Can provide at least an hour or 2 of fun.

Overall, a nice stay.

We generally had a good stay at One World except one very last incident spoiling my overall impression. I waited for nearly 30 minutes on checking out which the reception staff could have alerted me or directing me to the other queue (only 2 counters operating during check out time) if it was going to take that long for that particular guest ahead of me. They kept me waited instead and took no note of me, showing no apologetic look at all. And to my surprise, no supervising level personnel in sight, with the 2 extremely junior looking staffs struggling with the guest in front me who was trying to check in apparently. I started to doubt if this is the standard of a 5 star hotel!

Shopping complex layout planning is not customer friendly. Additional signages are worth investing to remind one who is unfamiliar on orientation relative to the first or "old" wing with the newer "new" wing. And remind oneself where one park is of utmost important to avoid being totally lost !

It's a 5 star hotel connected to 1 of the largest shopping malls in the world. Ideally located and accessible to all public transportation. Walking distance to the nearest MRT station.

Room was spacious & comfy. Was greeted with soft music from the LCD TV & personalised message with my name on screen! Appreciate the service to accommodate my request for hard pillows & bolsters. Personal care & toiletries provided are a plus.
Location is great as One Utama Shopping Centre is right next door.
Nice lounge with live band Jn the evening.
Gym was well equipped. I would have given 5 stars if I didn't have to call in to confirm my additional pillows request by email & there was a nicer pool.

Nice hotel with a lot of convenience. A shopping mall nearby with a train station able to take you downtown. Feeder buses come every 15 minutes and staff are friendly and always happy to help
