This hotel is value for money for me, l like the bath tub in this hote. Not the best but value for money again. Bf moderate. This is a old hotel but reasonably maintained. The lif is bit slow though but there with little wait.

Big Room but the door not sound proof, quite noisy especially during weekend.
The City View Room is recommended.

Attended wedding dinner at NY Hotel. Service and stage we're okay. Stayed overnight, and lifts were slow, rooms were old but still stay-able for the price I'm paying. But there are better newer hotels nearby at just slightly higher cost. Good luck.

Room Interiors and amenities were good.
The walls in the room is quite boring without some wall paintings or wall frames of nice landscapes.
Car park is badly maintained with poor lighting, bad in shape. Doesn't look safe!report this review -

Good service. Location is accessible to few malls in the area. Clean room and beddings. We will surely book in this hotel again. Thank you for the free room upgrade. Appreciate it a lot.

Cheap, decent, reasonable, nothing to shout about, close to banafe village cafe. Peaceful sleep. Below average breakfast meals. Good deal in the end. Happy customer.

Room was so-so. It's huge for the price of the room but bedsheets have visible stains and when I check In, there's leftover urine on the toilet seat. There's also many strands of hair at the bath tub. Clearly they didn't clean the room before handing over to new customers. But what you pay is what you get. You have 2 bottles of mineral water provided free of charge. There's kettle so you can boil water. Overall, hotel is a bit old and the lift is a bit slow and needs maintenance. But this is a good place for a quick and cheap stayover.

The hotel was a little dated. The lift seemed like it needed an immediate attention to it. The bathroom is a little bit dated, light fixtures and carpet could use a change. On the other hand, the room was spacious and changes needed to their rooms are only cosmetic. I've got a nice view of JB and even Singapore from my level 18 room. All in all it was a pleasant stay, with a free breakfast that wasn't too bad either.

Quiet, clean, my room have those little office space in the corner. Exactly what I need for business travel. Price is very reasonable!

Reasonable price for Malaysians. Provide covered car parks for guest. You will have a better view of JB town if you stay above level 8. Breakfast for hotel guest was tempting but not so variety. Good indoor pool, sauna and gym. Good place for a family.

I have been here a few times for seminars, meetings, etc. but what I like the most about this hotel is the foods. A variety of foods served in this hotel. A lot of local kueh mueh.
