The difference between a good Nasi Lemak and an exceptionally marvelous Nasi Lemak lies in the use of the right ingredients. Possessing highly fragrant floral smell; a Nasi Lemak will not be a true Nasi Lemak without the authentic aroma of Pandan leaves and Coconut milk. The other main ingredient of Nasi Lemak is dried anchovies, or known locally by ikan bilis.
Last but not least, the sambal is of the essence when making Nasi Lemak – with hand-picked dried chilies. All ingredients are traditionally hand prepared. We shun away from electrical appliances. Our Nasi Lemak deserves better, it deserves to be prepared the traditional way by hand with the highest quality ingredients
