GENERAL
Kindly be informed that we have the rights to amend and/or delete the contents of the terms and conditions without any notice. For any violation of these terms and conditions, We reserves the right to take immediate actions against the offender(s). Thank you for being respectful and understanding.

ORDERS
• Direct message for fixed price (excluding postage fees). Final price including postage fees will be communicated once order confirmed.
• We do not accept cancellations. If you insist, a total of 50% cancellation cost of total purchase cost will be charged. Eg: order total RM100; cancellation cost: RM50.

PRODUCTS
• Products colors may vary slightly from pictures due to current photo lighting.

SHIPPING TERMS
• Currently only accept direct bank transaction.
• Shipping will be processed only after payment received (only for items readily available) . Pre orders will take longer time. Packages are generally dispatched within 2 working days after products received and are shipped via Poslaju. Tracking number will be provided for self-tracking.
• We do not accept return and refund unless the mistake is on our side.
• All packages will be shipped to the address given- please be sure that the shipping address is correct! We are not responsible for postage delays, lost packages or items not delivered due incorrect shipping address. However, do contact us if you do not receive item(s) after 5 working days upon receiving tracking numbers.
