  Mydin Kajang at Metro point .on 28 Nov around 9pm One of the Staff cashier Malay girls attitude need improve ,give him traine how to do respect people after she scans the item just put the items one side without offering the bag. Until I'm asking where the bag. Than she Mantion bag have to pay rm3.95cen. this is attitude became cashier . yes I know to pay at least informed customer would you like a bag.

  On the evening of Friday, January 5, 2024, I, as a foreign customer, spent RM300 at Mydin. Among my purchases was a box of Chinese oranges 🍊, unfortunately, they were spoiled and unsuitable for human consumption. At 9:30 PM, when I called the Mydin number, the staff lady answered three times, but as soon as she heard my voice, she abruptly ended the call, seemingly because of my foreign status. I am genuinely surprised that Mydin's management allows such treatment of customers. Feeling really disappointed. 😞

  A variety of products sold with affordable prices and friendly staff. Only downside is that it is not senior citizen and handicap friendly because to get to the second floor you need to climb a steep flight of stairs.

  Goods of medium quality at reasonable price. The ground floor is a supermarket, 1st floor stationeries and 2nd floor household items and garments. Not many food choices at the supermarket
