Pretty decent. One time my brother who's not good at buying groceries bought mushrooms that's unfresh from here. Apparently they don't check their items and inventories that much and just display unfresh and wilted products. However, they compensate for a new one when I asked for a replacement. It's okay.

One of my favourite hypermarkets. They are enormous. So many products! You won't find much imported or European goods here, but in terms of local products it is amazing. I love the bath and body section, there is so much variety. Fresh food section is also excellent. Prices are reasonable... budget friendly. There is an ATM machine just outside the entrance which is convenient.

The place is big and comfortable, the only problem is the workers there which don't help to answer the customers' question well and being a bit rude to the customers. Hope the services will turn better in future

31.12.2018: stuck again at the payment counter for 10 min due to improperly set up credit card terminal. supervisor and an elderly cashier were both rude and left us without any solution. store manger was not helpful to resolve. left the place without our shopping items. an extremely bad customer user experience.

13.12.2018: stuck at the payment counter for 5 minutes waiting for the receipt to be printed and another 10 min at the customer service for refund of promo price not reflected in the receipt - check your receipt! an extremely bad customer user experience.

Good place to shop, they have practically everything, ranging from raw food to household. Most of the things are of reasonable price and value for money. Most of the staff can't speak English but this is not a problem at all.

Mydin is hot, not sure what is wrong with the aircond. Variety range of product at a reasonable prices. The food stalls served malay food, western, chinese and varieties of beverages. There is also al falah - mamak restaurant, subway, surau, toilets for the visitors.

The food court was awesome. The prices of foods quite expensive but it worth because of the taste. Highly recommended for groceries shopping. They also have ATM machine over there. Hence, every Friday they have night market.

Convinient place to do grocery shopping. Available free car parks area. Has two ATM machines so no worries for those liking cash thing. Payment using card is also of course available. Within the area, there's mydin food court, celcom, subway (just to name a few). The one minus thing is the waiting time for payment at those a few only open counters.

The store staffs are very friendly, answered all our inquiries.
I saw a staff went above and beyond her "call of duty", she noticed a customer forgetting to pickup a paid bag of groceries, she ran at full speed to the parking lot to return the bag, the staff and the customer both laugh so hard, it's very heart touching.

This place is supposed to be cheaper but only certain items.During fasting month, their 200 bulb LED decorating lights are 3x higher than DIY outlet.Here where the shoppers are mostly Singaporean,we can only see wet item/'barangan basah' like whole chicken are a bit cheaper.
Other goods like vegetable or fruits prices are almost same like in 'Taman2 Perumahan'. Umrah T shirt/Songkok or Minyak Attar are like those in Masjid India Mydin or Mustafa in Spore.
Never ever buy their Nasi Ayam inside the supermarket near the vegetable area.Tasteless, Chilly Sauce taste like tap water. I make a big mistake when i bought and can't wait to eat it and so excited but it turned out to be a Nasi Anjing ...I just dump in the dustbin.
Mydin HOD from KL HQ should see the "Undercover Boss " series in Hyyp TV if there want to improved the Mydin standard.
One more thing....Mydin are not patriotic enough, because most of their outlet around the country are full of Bangla or Nepal.
Bagi lah gaji lebih sikit...baru lah anak2 tempatan nak keje dgn Mydin..
Tesco also giving low salary..

Great place to get your groceries and any other needs at very low cost. Just a quick drive from Singapore from the Second Link (if no massive jam at the checkpoints). Newly renovated food court has a kids playground but there could be a wider selection of food available.

The shopping center pricing is reasonable and has a variety of things to buy from groceries to household essentials. Clothes.
It is also attached to a food court. Food is good and reasonably priced.
Wash rooms are fairly clean.
The drink store is questionable. They had a huge ant In my drink, not a delicacy.
