Purchased Rm14.70 item paid with Rm50 note.
This rude staff name Kabir asked "Takde duit kecil??" I said no. He showed me a bad expression then bangs the drawer and ask other staff to pass him the access card. While we were waiting for the card I said I can pay by E-Wallet, he said "Sudah bayar cash! Resit dah keluar!" Showing his black face and handed me my balance without any words.

Mostly, I can get whatever I need from this store. The staff is always happy to help you with a smile. The location is also near the fuel station, other convenient stores, restaurants, laundry, pet shop, pharmacy and clinic.

Encountered with a very rude and disrespectful cashier (free haired, skinny built & fair skin). Came to pay with a smile on my face, asked her politely where to put the basket and asked for a plastic bag for my items but she rudely replied with a straight face. She was also very annoyed that I asked for a plastic bag (why???) as she packed my items very roughly. After she finished she didn’t even make an eye contact and straight away went to do other stuff. Mind you the store wasn’t busy at all and there was no queue behind me so idk what was that attitude about.

People like this don’t belong in customer service line cause 1) you don’t have CS skill at all 2) why do you work in CS if you hate it and can’t serve people nicely?? lol

More like a convenience store to Bulit Jelutong residents who a bit way out of the way to shopping areas.
Has all the necessary household needs and a basic coldstorage area.
Prices are standard Mydin rates.
Layout kind of okay with just enough walkway for 2 trolleys to pass each other.
Average cleanliness.

Good place to shop for grocery and essential household needs. Price are affordable and have items on sales..Place bit messy tho when was there during the weekend, can be better if goods are arranged properly on the shelf.

Nice place to shop essential things. Not too crowded (I went around 9.30 pm). But the place is not too big. Some things like hose, big mirror are not available. Groceries look fresh. Overall, a good place to shop for household items.

What I like about this Mydin is that it opens till 11pm. Vegetables and fish are reasonably fresh. Certain popular items are not always stocked. Staff are not properly trained in customer care and handling of goods. Long checkout queus during peak periods (not all checkout counters are opened). If you can live with that, it's a reasonably good neighbourhood supermarket

Like any other mydin, this store offers daily goods and groceries you can buy at nice price. Located within housing area, however, this mydin is not as busy as its counterparts. One thing that mydin can guarantee is the prices for major items are pleasingly lower than other super/hypermarket. Best for people to purchase in bulk or bargain.
