OUR TERMS AND POLICIES

**** Please read the TERMS & CONDITIONS clearly before you place your order.
Once order is placed, we assumed that you have already read and agreed with it.

1) Transaction is base on First Come First Serve

2) Please indicate the item no when placing an order.

3)The price stated for each item is INCLUDING POSTAGE FEES (only for Malaysian and singaporean)

4)Only serious buyer will be served.

5) Payment can be make via Maybank, CIMB Bank or RHB account and we will inform you the bank account no and registered postal charges upon order confirmation.

6)After payment, Please Email us your payment detail such as deposit amount & date.

4) Once payment received, item will be sent out based on normal business day. (Except weekend and public holiday)

3) Order will be cancelled automatically if payment is not made within 3 working days upon order made or without any further notice given for late payment.

6) There is no EXCHANGE, NO RETURN as I have checked CLEARLY on every item before I sent out.

7) All item will be well pack for delivery. We will not responsible for any lost during delivery.

8) If u have any changes to made, please let us know when making payment because after payment has been made, no changes can be made...

9)If you are unsatisfied for an item for whatever reason, we will refund only if the product is returned within 2 days of receiving the item in intact and unused condition.

11)25% of the value of the product will be deducted as restocking charges.

12)Buyers are responsible for return shipping on return packages in ALL cases.

(6)100% Refunds will only be made if items are out of stock.

SHIPPING - Once payment received, item will be sent out based on normal business day. (Except weekend and public holiday)
