  Hi, we appreciate for your feedback. Can i have your full name and contact? Because we will do the necessary investigation in this issue. Can you provide us what date and time you come my shop? Can you describe how does it look like? We will trace back the CCTV record to find out what happening on that day. If we find out the staff who do not serve the client well, we will take further action on it. Anyway, in order to let customer to know more about the costume size and how it does look like, we do listed down the sizes and prices, so that costumer can have some ideas on it. We are so sorry that if we cannot full fill some costumer's need. We very appreciate that all valued customers can understand and give us some time to serve your, especially when they are number of customers who all come together.

  If you plan to come here, prepare to face obnoxious owner who will tell you there is no costume for your size, rude staffs that tend to ignore you most of the time, and pricey costume rentals that basically you can use it to buy an entire costume.
