Today I went to this branch to open an account for my daughter. I arrived at 3PM today and had the filled up form ready( I was rejected yesterday as I arrived at 3:30 with 4 people on the queu. The receptionist passed me the form and asked me to come early the next day). Today when I arrived, they were already 4 people on the queu. When I inquired to the receptionist for the queu number, the receptionist put me on hold and asked a bank teller. She declined to serve me as she afraid she could not finish serving the 4 customers. We then went to the Sec21 branch who finally served us though they too had few customers waiting. The bank staff managed to get us done within 40 min.
Come on Maybank. If this is the attitude of your bank tellers of Sec18 branch, you better buck up as other banks (Public, Etc) served better and would not have that poor customer service attitude.

Counter service too damn slow. The person in charge of que number not always at counter when she is doing other job, I understand but at least just leave the deposit/withdraw forms so no need to wait a long que just to get the forms.. Plus need to fill it up first then show to the person.. Then only u get the number. When you depositing money more than a certain amount, you can't go to the counter, you need to go to room 7.. Bad experience when no one in the room but need to wait for more than an hour.. Just said it that the worker gone out or anything so that we don't wasre time there waiting for nothing. One star for poor service, I'll give it a 5 star for place where you want to waste time.. The aircond is cold n comforting :)

Worst customer service. Service too damn slow and the counter dont call according to que number. Never improve even after several complaint to branch manager.
Counter service too slow, 1 org > 7 min. Kalau ada > 10 org ... > 1 hr waiting.
