Beautiful Mosque in a peaceful location but very close to KL's lively neighborhoods. Accessible by public transit. Remember that you can't enter the mosque wearing shorts but they offer sarong (for free) to cover up. There are areas of the mosque that are not accessible during prayers to people who are not there to pray.
Good place to pray for those walking around city or via public transport. Has a separate prayer hall for females that also provides prayer veil (telekung) although limited. Advised to bring own prayer mat
Impressive arts of architechture and landscape. Spacious area to pray. The toilets are good and convenient. Has some good spots to take pictures too
Very peaceful, serene and grand.
This is palace just awasome
One of the most beautiful mosques in KL. Just few steps out of LRT station. Surrounded by a lively area. Non-muslims are allowed to enter after wearing special loose garments/robes.
Lots of small stalls with cheap clothes accessories and gadjets and anything you ever want. Its good for whole sale buyers as well being given good rates. Its near a MC Donald's and few other food joints, and banks are also close by for easy access cash. Not much crowded during the morning so would recommend going then. Definately worth going to even if its once!
Great mosque! Nice architecture and very welcoming and tourist friendly staff
Best place for street shopping. You will find very cheap products which is worth for the money spent.
It is one of the best Mosque in Malaysia, that's name know everyone. It has same body umbrella like as Saudi Arabian Mosque. It's really look very very nice. Basically at night it show his own beauty with light. There is a lrt station nearby named Masjid Jamek Lrt station.. In Totally it is Great.
The place is very comfortable to do your praying. I saw some non-moslem visited this place also. However, I think the guard do not have to asked whether you are moslem or not (even I got questioned). Just state clear what do(s) and don't(s) around mosque area.
They have extended recently. Sometimes I perform my solat (prayer) there. Really beautiful masjid.
Coming here at night after isya time, so quite here, less light, and the women restroom is so stinky. But I like the building around the mosque and the firework Attrition at Saturday night
Must recommended place as tourist spot. Even if you are not a moslem. A mosque a long a river. The area surround it is quite picturesque
Good masjid, I went there on Friday jumma namaz time. Security person politely denying entry to woman tourists wearing shorts And non muslim tourists in proper cloths too. I suggest that they should allow all different religious people who are willing t
to see mosque. Some were insisting that we came from far just to see mosque but they didn't allowed any by saying this is under construction etc. Though it looks beautiful from outside so giving 4 star rating.
beautiful..especially in the evening or very early in the morning..located right next to the LRT Station Masjed Jamek. Just a short walking distance to Central Market or Dataran Merdeka..
I break fast at masjid jamek near to the LRT station. Peaceful and amazing place. Beautifully designed ,beautiful interior and exterior design. Whole month of Ramadan free drinks and meals for everyone. Renovation is almost completed looking more beautiful. Dates plants looks nice near the main entrance. Easy to access. Always love to be here.
Beautifully built and well maintained. With many hotes adjacent to the mosque, and the masjid jamek station just next to it, this mosque attracts a lot of footfall.
This is the one of the oldest mosque in Malaysia. Up to date the new renovation has been done for more tourist to come to visit greatest place in Kuala Lumpur.
Great spot for tourist. Sight seeing hot spot. Perhaps they should improve on opening hours and restriction or others information while we were informed no visitor allowed due to no reasons.
