I would like to thank Cik Norazilawati Binti Dasuki for her help. I made a mistaken transaction on November 2nd, 2024, and called MBSJ on November 4th, 2024. Cik Nor answered the call, explained the necessary steps, and helped me submit the request to reverse the transaction. She was very professional and courteous. Thank you for your efforts; the funds have been successfully reversed.

go fak yourself. I only park there for few mins to buy some coffee but you saman me right away. Ridiculous, Im working as grab driver, how can u expect to pay parking ticket wherever I go park in the whole Klang Valley and KL region? Can u put exception for grab driver or not?

Your Smart Selangor and EzyPay app is so troublesome, loadingg so slow, wait about 15 sec only then it comes to TnG payment gateway. If I travel all around Peninsula Malaysia, does that mean I need to download more than 3 or 4 apps to pay parking ticket? Why dont our gov spend some money on developing a centralized parking ticket app, fast payment, faster loading page, for us to pay parking ticket? Imagine under the hot sunny weather, rushing to work, with a goddamn slow app? It's not that I dont want to pay parking ticket, it is too slow until it discouraged me to pay.

Besides, why dont you give us an option to pay 10 cent or free to park for 15 mins? For a coffee grabber and a law abiding citizen like me, dont have to suffer this unecessary useless penalty. Your officers are eager to saman people, money sucking off poor people. What has MBSJ contributed to us besides saman people? All I see is little to none. Potholes are everywhere and the roads are filled with cracks.

Why citizen have to pay for parking ???
The Goverment should serve people. as tax payer the charges shouldn’t impose at first place … i know it’s RM1, but 1 car RM1 , imagine 100 car per day ( RM100 ) and the RM100 for 20 days it’s RM2k and for per annum 24K … this is rough calculation… my point citizen shouldn’t pay parking at first place at any government places.

Had a van parked in front of my house, blocking car access. Called aduan hotline to try and get a tow truck but they hang up the call immediately after the line got through.
What a waste of taxpayer's money. Might as well rent out the MBSJ office spaces if it's not used.

Went to MPSJ to amend the wrongly valued assessment by their outsource Valuer consultancy TransAsia. Quoted me more than 125% increase. Met with Puan Shafawita (Ita) on this matter and she was superbly friendly and efficient in assisting me to get the documents filled up and submit. Very patient and friendly. Thank you, Ita. You made my day ♥️

Nice local municipal building. Only visit to deal with complaints and paying fines. Have a nice mini stadium for local to use. Parking always a problem. Their staff have to use local resident road space. Please look into the matter especially the planning authorities, when building a place to serve the public, please, please provide ample parking space. Subang Jaya is a fine township, they fine you for wrongly parking.

Not helpful as other comment stated, same old typical style. Officer will keep on pushing matter away like for example, ask for teaching how to register. The department officer said the front counter desk there person will show you, when reached the front desk asked again the person said they department person suppose to teach. This means that worthless to ask fo assistance when wanna do these kind of authority thing.

An integrated, modern complex with a spacious and cool interior. It houses the departments that are responsible for public health, garbage collection, maintenance of municipal infrastructures, assessment tax, town planning, etc. Typically residents visit here to pay assessment tax and quit rent. Waiting time is short unless you join the 'last minute' crowd near the date line for payment. Electronic kiosks are available for payment if you do not want to pay at the counter. The staff are friendly and helpful. A sports complex is located behind the main building.

A multiple function building where it provides payment counter, payment machine kiosk, ATM, restaurant, running track and soccer field. The all-in-one payment kiosk allows payment not just for the MPSJ but for other bills such as TNB, TM etc., and mobile reload, but sometime it is not always function all the time. Free Wi-Fi available building wide. There is a free drink and has the ability to refill the drinking water through water dispenser. There is a biscuits stall on the lower ground floor to buy biscuits in weight of your own choice.

Sorry to say but I'm very disappointed staying in Subang Jaya. MPSJ willing to grant a license to ignorant and irresponsible dog owner so that the dog can continue to bark incessantly every day. Sad to say but this is very annoying and disturbing to stay in a neighborhood like this. I've complained many times to MPSJ but to no avail.

It's better to move to Shah Alam where the places here are more quiet and peaceful.
