  I pay my local authority assessment rates here. Very fast depending on the season. They accept debit and credit cards as well as your plain vanilla cash. If you pay it for a full year before the end of February each year, you stand to receive a free gift. Parking is a bit hassle.

  Environment is ok, but limited car parking space surrounding MPKj area.

  Moderately okay. Friday after lunch hour is at 2.45pm. Expecting some delay if were to process some paperworks.
