  i got my visa in 5 working days. staff is helpful and they offer photo service in case your photo was not acceptable.

  Actually Malaysian most of the offices close on Saturday.

  Disappointed. Change the lady operator for telephonic service, she is extremely rude and hangs up the call if she doesn't want to comment on any thing.

  Now i am rating only the telephone customer service. Actually just now I called Mp travel & Tours sdn bhd to get information about the Singaporian visa, and there was a girl who is really rude and unhelpful. I Wanted to get the requirements to write it down and she was rudely saying " i already told you that" i told her again can you please repeat that to me because i want to write it down!! and she was rudely refusing 👎🏼
