Situated at Kundasang Ranau, a very cool hotel with no aircon or fan.

The hotel sits near some of the famous Kundasang tourist sites (the War Memorial, Desa dairy farm, Kinabalu Park), and is close to the highland markets and town's dining options. Parking was ample, and for non-driving travellers, the hotel is located near the main bus station. The staff had been courteous, and had offered the suite upgrade for my family of 5. The room has a magnificent view of the mountain peak (when the fog has not rolled in), and the facilities were as expected for the rate we paid for. In-house dining is available for stay-in days, but massage and spa packages are on the expensive end.
