  Don't go here for XRay services. You get overcharged for simple knee and spinal Xray. I head to Ho Xray Specialist - 50% cheaper. Bad customer service.

  Private small med centre, but not as expensive as normal privates ones. I love the services and efficiency in gynae ward. Delivered here twice, and all the nurses and doctors are very nice and accommodating. But do expect slow service as doctors takes time for each patient. Best to call for appt

  I had try call to make appointment with the specialist doctor about a week ago and the nurse said will call me back for arrangement somehow didn't call, i have to call back and their colleague didn't know about the record so wait for the nurse who spoke to me call back... really sucks and not systematic ~

  No star should be given. Such a poor poor poor service. Most of the nurse looks like we owe them thousand pounds.. except Malay nurses. Waiting for doctor is like ages. Only one Dr attending many patients, meaning we have to wait turn to see you. what is this? In that case we can go government hospital .. we are here at private hospital due to your effectivity .. charge us like private but service worser than gov hospital .. even gov is much more better. make me feel regret to come over here. If you want to cut cost don't be private hospital .. your service is not costomer focus. *No cleanliness

  Suck service plus expensive ... The nurse said I 7 o'clock finish work but bcz of u can't tahan pain so I hv to late finish work ... What the hell was like ... Is just like when u giving a birth n the doctor keep say faster birth this is my time to back home ... The hell ... There's one point I couldn't understand ... Why the hell u need to measure the wound for ? For count the medical fee ? I asked what's that for n the doctor just said no lar this is what we hv to do ... N asked me hv u take enough money for the medical fee ... What the hell ... I hv money to pay on it alright ... Suck suck suck ... Paid such an expensive price n get such a suck service

  First time experience with this hospital was quite ok...that was why i had to come all the way from shah alam to this hospital....Unfortunately i regretted coming here....
  
  first of all i would never had thought this hospital is unable to give a successful epidural to delivery....i was poked almost 3 times before the anesthesiologist could get the right epidural space...after which i almost went to coma few mins after ....maybe due to excessive dosage or even wrong space! I was charged extra 300rm for that..
  
  .. so i was left for the medication to subside of which few hours later the labour pains started again....i was surprised. Called the anesthesiologist and he told me epidural is 70% pain free not 100%. Im surprised at this too cus i have not seen in any book where this is written...epidural is suppose to completely numb the pain.
  
  He gave me some little dosage and said it will only last 45mins that after that i have to manage the pain....it was very terrible as i became very rough in the labour room...the pain was too terrible for me to bear....ongetting to the theatre it was discovered that the epidural has been disconnected behind me....i was literally shouting until the c-section started due to pain.
  
  This same anesthesiologist poked me 2 times again before he could numb me in the theatre. They were still sewing me up that the pain started again....the doctors has to hasten to close me up b4 i felt the full pain...To cut long story short...i was charged full price for epidural plus medical assistance wen i almost went to coma plus c-section that i was trying to avoid in the first place.
  
  .i tried to explain to management but it seems they are not ready to listen to me...ended up paying exhorbitant amount for what isnt my fault. They should have said they are not capable for an epidural instead of charging and not doing the job .IT WAS A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. i will never come here again.
