Great value for money stay. Cleanliness n comfort as good as 4 star. Beside a Convent school and the Taiping Catholic Church. Very peaceful

Room is spacious,facilities are not bad, but if it provides breakfast it will be a bonus! The location wise is very convenient, accessible to the town's places of interests, so great hotel overall.

A cheap affordable hotel strategically located in Taiping. Walking distance to famous Casual Market for food hunting.

Location - ok and good. At niche to all locations near to Taiping town.
Free parking available outside of the hotel. Room size is great and spacious.
Cons:
Old model of air cond.
Insufficient toiletries supply. No toothbrush, toothpaste and shaver. Not satisfy with this.report this review -

Well maintained hotel. Big rooms. Affordable. In the centre of the city. Parking available. Receptionist efficient enough. We have been a loyal patron since the past 15 years.

In the room that we stayed in, there was a leaking from some part of the toilet bowl. The toilet bowl was also clogged on the first day, luckyly the maintenance guy came and unclogged.
The breakfast spread was so very poor. First day came down for breakfast around 9am, the food was running low and they did not refill. There was only half a sousage in one serving station and literally 4 pieces of very dry chocolate cake in the desert station. The staff did not refill though there were still more guests walking in or breakfast.
The amenities offered was so limited.
From what i heard, this used to be the best hotel in Taiping. The management really need to up their service or at least go back to their old high standard.report this review -

Stayed for 1 night during our stopover at Taiping. The hotel is located strategically at the town center, plenty parking available, despite our late arrival. The room was clean and spacious, likewise for the bathroom. It comes with flat screen TV, free WIFI, 2 bottles of complementary mineral water, and complementary daily newspapers (which we don't get it from most hotels nowadays). The service at reception was spot on and helpful, they have always been answering the calls within 3 rings.
Will definitely consider staying at the same hotel again for next visit to Taiping.report this review
