At Leadership Development Forum Sdn Bhd (LDF), our mission is to enable people to lead. LDF is a thought leadership center and the leadership arm of The iA Group, created to facilitate the development of leadership capabilities in both public and private sectors. Our role is to help individuals and organisations address leadership challenges in line with changing environment of the regional and global economy. Our objectives are to contextually appropriate leadership behavior and results ; develop leaders who will be able to manage diversity and deal effectively with ambiguity and complexity ; provide learning opportunities for individuals to become competent leaders within their respective organizational ; and achieve mastery in integration and collaboration.

LDF also provide platform for thinkers, researchers, managers, and policy makers to share strategic insights, issues and challenges in leadership development. At LDF, we design leadership development materials, methodology, curriculum and processes with the end game of creating leadership models to enhance and sustain organizations' and national competitiveness.

In the past years, we partner with our clients to maximize their strategic human capital development investments and solve important issues. We designed the programs to impact our clients bottom line aligned to their business directions and goals. We succeed because of our comprehensive and structured framework and solutions; with flexible and relevant approaches. In 2012, we delivered various programs ranges from a 2 days accelerated leadership empowerment to a 12 month emerging leaders behavioural program; extending to New Managers to CEO's of Organizations. We understand that no single solutions works in all circumstances, and use our decade of experiences in organizational transformation to design and deliver a program that our Clients' really need to achieve their business objectives. We powered our delivery through experienced and professional program lead facilitator, speakers and executive coaches. Most of our programs also includes local and international corporate site visits ; extensive profiling and assessment; online learning and assignment; blended learning ; role plays; relevant case studies and organizations' lead projects.
