TERMS AND CONDITIONS :

1) All goods are fixed price and postal charges are not included.

2) Kindly make payment inclusive of postal charges within 24 hours once the goods is ordered. Reconfirmation PM will be sent. If customer failed to make the payment, we reserve the right to transfer the ordered goods for another customer.

3) Please Facebook PM us once the payment has been made with a screenshot of receipt. Once payment confirmation is done, we will proceed to arrange shipping accordingly.

4) Confirmed orders cannot be cancelled, revised or refund.

5) Received goods are strictly not returnable, exchangeable or refundable. Buyers please ensure order details are correct before proceed with payment.

6) Please ensure that your shipping address location has someone to sign and accept the parcel. Otherwise, PosLaju will drop the parcel at the nearest PosLaju office and you will have to claim it on your own.

7) We will not hold any further responsibilities after the goods have shipped out from us.

8) Duration for goods to arrive are 3-5 working days upon payment received. Due to some unforeseen circumstances, goods may arrive earlier or later than estimated time.

9) Due to different screen resolution, pictures shown may differs from actual products.
