    LEX express dont deserve even a star... The worst delivery service ever... Item did not delivered to me and fraud my signature that its delivered!!!! Supposed to arrive yesterday but it marked delivered in midnight..

    Hi, the sistem in Lazada showed i already get the parcel but actually i am not. I showed the parcel to the seller, the seller replied that the photo shown was not their shipped parcel. Their parcel is yellow bubble parcel. I strongly believe that ny parcel had missing, please check the tracking number and find it to me. Thank you

    FAKE ITEMS!!! Lazada offers fake and not working Samsung tablets. When you return them to the seller, he say that you send him a different item!! No tablet, and money is GONE.

    The hub already move to batu maung and the entrance is just before the newly build Caltex Diamond Valley Petrol Station. New address solok beringin satu taman muhibah batu maung. It is nearby a few company. They didn't provide walk in and collect but you can personally contact the sender and meet at that place to collect your parcel. Hope this help.

    It's already 24 hours and my parcel didn't move at all but Mohamad Farid Sikkeli has done a good job by being nice to me due to kindness to make sure I got the parcel

    Very very very slow service I've been waiting for almost a month on my package and my package has been at this place for a week and more so I advice to do your work faster beacause other people want to recieve their packages

    Super slow service!! no phone call!! no self collect!! worst courier service!! I went personally to collect they not allow and ask me wait wait wait!! wait for 1 week still no delivery!! No more LEX!! No more lazada!!

    The delivery man did not send my item to my house. He never contacted me when he delivers my item. In the message box. It indicated, he left in my doorstep then suddenly changed, he left it the mail box. Now my item nowhere to find.

    Hi! I frequently bought stuffs frm Lazada.
    There are these particular 2 delivery guys named Helmi & Ikhrami assigned to deliver packages to my home.
    Both of them are so polite and good in delivering items.
    Even my house got dogs, they don't really show faces.
    Both of them are doing excellent job.
    Hope LEX MY will hire more deliver guys lk them.

    LEX courier guy by the name of AZRUL EFFENDY AHMAD is very lazy. Numerous times my parcel and others who are living in my Residence were just left at the guardhouse without any delivery attempt made. He just comes into the compound and made a turn straight out and lied to the guards that nobody is home. LIAR. I've complained to LAZADA and yet this particular guy is still doing the same thing. Buck up. Customers pay for delivery... therefore it should be delivered to the customer. Not just left at the guardhouse with the excuse that no one is home! Very bad service!

    Went early in the morning to collect my parcel, they are open but not ready for collection yet as the morning will be occupied with in house operations like sorting etc. Earliest to be ready for collection is after 11am. In late noon, the main entrance will closed half way due to the blazing sun (I guess) but they are in operation.

    Brainless process. Why can't I just go over to the counter and tell the staff the tracking numbers? Instead, I had to read out the numbers to a security guard who is 2 steps away from the staff, and let the security hand over a piece of paper containing the tracking numbers to the staff. To make things worse, security guard was so rude because I asked to check the status of the last tracking number separately. If that's your job, do it. Not bark at customers for asking politely. Mr.Zainudin(the security), keep this attitude up and you will be jobless sooner than you can pass the tracking numbers the next time.

    Lazada delivery is very bad ,they promise buy today receive tomorow but i oder on thursday and i should receive on friday but i dont receive on friday and i wait for saturday now already 6pm on saturday and i dont receive my parcel yet ,sunday they are close so i need to wait until monday๐Ÿ˜ž

    Their service is getting worst. My parcel has arrived early in the morning 4am at their hub. Waited for whole afternoon, nothing delivered out. No calls for delivering. I went personally to the hub and wanted to collect my parcel. What they told me, is have to for the next day. They are not able to search my parcel even with tracking number! There are 7-8 ppl at the hub. But they are talking to each other. None of them make the effort to search for it. DISAPPOINTED WITH THE SERVICE!

    Go and learn from DHL, they have prefered time to deliver. Order 5 items from lazada... all refund by lazada... cause once we missed the deliver they send back to seller .. never give a call nor even drop a message. Totally SUCKZzzzzzzz

    I live here nearby,the Lazada express is improving!I received my order before 8:00am and yes! it's 7:45am so early then later I go work!Best give 10star to those delivery rider.

    Slow deliveries,they didn't inform me about the package that i have already paid. Always says in processing, but until the end of the date, i still didn't receive any news or information about my package. LEX deserve zero star!!!

    Lazada is hopeless. Buy from Shopee instead. Items order from China shipment progress after 11 days is still under "Processing". Call up Chat n phone call to Lazada. Gives standard answer like in-transit or under shipment. Ask to show proof of shipment n tracking number but unable to. Ask for refund but ask to wait for 21 days. Ask to contact seller but unable to. Personally contacted seller 3x but still no respond. What the FISH is going on? Bad bad experience with Lazada. All my items ordered at Shopee the same time arrived within 10 days. Forget Lazada n shop Shopee. For 3 years buy g from Shopee with no issue n prompt delivery. Deserved ZERO star.

    Quite friendly services, just found out that this Lazada office only do delivery, they don't in charge return item.. return have to do it from Lazada app then print out the return form and drop together both in post office/poslaju outlet.

    Tracking system is good, email will be sent to notify buyer that the item has been packed, sent to hub and delivered. The delivery man even call me as i was not at home. Text message was sent to inform me that my item was left inside door grill. Good work!

    Took a week to get one item even in Malaysia~SLOW AF!!!! I RATHER GO POSLAJU OR OTHER COURIER AND EVEN PAY FOR IT NEXT TIME! Best advice....don't go for LEX anymore~

    Zero rated star should be given to LEX. Poor delivery service and the staff is rude to the customer. All other courier services are way better than lex. I rather pay for the delivery fee than to have a free delivery with lousy service.

    What kind of service is this. Out of delivery after 1 minutes become attempt fail and send my item back to the seller. Say will have SMS or email where is these things? Bad service and make the Lazada delivery service bad!

    Most of the tracking information posted on their page is fake. I have 2 items shipped separately. Both indicated attempts failed and call/SMS will be made. Zilt! No one showed up and no call or SMS. Nothing. Called Lazada, same thing happened again. One of the package got delayed beyond the given dates. SUPER BAD SERVICE!

    Order an item last week, but the item is still at LEX warehouse until today. They cant handle courier service. I feel like they are wasting my time. Change lazada express name to lazada delay.

    Unsecure courier service. They never contact with client and no follow up after several delivery attempt failed. No contact number for client to check the status. And although tracking status page stated LEX will call or sms client howvever its never happens. A very poor service courier company.

    Teruk! Attempt failed delivery many times! Never contact customer even when the status shows "LEX will SMS/call you to reschedule attempt". Dear sellers in Lazada. Please don't use LEX lazada anymore

    service need to upgarade. An item sent 3,4times,still not success,and no contact number for client to follow up.And although stated in tracking page will call or sms,but just talk only. a very lousy rubbish courier company.
