Came on 28th April 2021 to file for tax because there was a system error online. Even though the opening hours stated that it is closed at 1pm, it was still opened at 2.30pm. Literally no queue for the “Cukai Pendapatan” lane. The reception was very helpful in clearing my problem for me within minutes.
if can, I wouldn't give any star, the phone never pick up by staff at all. Please improve your service, we pay tax for your salary.
They dont deserve any star. Closed after one but in the website says 5pm.wasting peoole's time. If people dont pay they get angry but service is bad
First time visit to do some Stamp Duty franking of insurance documents. Came on a Friday about 12.30 pm and directed by security to Level 1. Front desk lady was pleasant and helpful. She explained to us that cash payment is only available after 2.45pm, but can accept Revenue Stamp that can be purchased at Pos Malaysia within a few minutes walking distance. Once done, next step of submission of document for stamping was also fast. Kudos to the counter lady who was equally pleasant and helpful, explaining the need to download the LHDN digital franking app from Google Play to register before can continue the stamping process. She even help us to key in the particulars for us in the mobile. This exceptional service was beyond my expectation. Congratulations to the LHDN staff at Level 1 for their professionalism and excellent sense of duty in dealing with the public. Good job! Much appreciated.
PS: Would have given a 5 star rating but gave a 4 star rating to denote that there is always room for perfection!
This place doesn't even deserve 1 star. I am not surprised that it is the worst place to be, staff are not helpful and constantly providing wrong information which is not in accordance with the law. I came here three times and couldn't get my stamping done. The irony is that they have a huge sign displaying something to the sort of "we are courteous and we do our best" behind the counters 14 - 16. There is an excuse given every time I try to stamp a document. You know it when someone is trying to make your life difficult and is refusing to assist. I guess there is a reason why the people sitting there are of a certain level.
i called 100 times but one pick my phone , and always busy line.my form was submited by seremban branch since last year 28 dec until now , klang branch do nothing
Customer service nice and helpful.
Customer service is good, but should provide pens with inks at writing counter. There is NO pen with ink.
A lot of counters and helpful officers.but less parking spaces
