  Reasonable price for a great room
  
  if you just need a place to stay this is the place.
  
  suitable couple or solo visitor's (small quite small but great)
  
  they also provide family room.

  Rooms and toilets are fine. Basic amenities are present. Didn't try the breakfast. Could be cleaner.

  We're giving it a low rate because we aren't very satisfied with the hotel. We didn't get a room where we can watch the scenery when we look outside. There must be something wrong with the air-conditioner because we can't control it very well. We'll be giving low rate to your toilet. But overall, we're glad we had a place to stay for the night.

  Center of town. Taxi station in front of the hotel. Walking distance to shopping mall, Filipino night market and nightlife places like pubs, disco etc

  For rm88 a night I would be expecting a bed, tv and toilet. Instead here you only get air conditioned room + mattress only.
