My 1st time ke klinik penawar. At first agak takut nak pegi bila tgk review2 dr orang ramai. Tp sbb tak de klinik lain...so... cuba jugak la.
As for me....rasanya doc je kot yg okey. The doctor was good. He explained me well. Jawab setiap pertanyaan dgn senyuman.
But....Im quit dissapointed dgn staff. KHASNYA DI BAHAGIAN FARMASI. Senyuman mmg lgsg tak ada. Staff explain mengenai ubat sambil lewa. Kalau tanya lebih2..buat muka ketat. The worst part is...i balik rumah..mkn ubat..rasa mcm something wrong. N i googled cara makan ubat tu sendiri. Know what?? UBAT TU TAK BOLEH MINUM DIRECT. KENA CAMPUR DGN AIR MASAK. N yes!!! staff di farmasi lgsg tak explain ye!!
My point here :
- Please explain betul2 dan dgn jelas setiap ubat.
- Staff mohon senyum. Patient datang sbb sakit. Tambah sakit tgk muka staff yg kelat sepanjang masa.
- Staff front desk perlukan training utk communication skill. Jgn bercakap mcm org jual ayam kt pasar. N again..tak pernah senyum.

Turun train terus gi Klinik Penawar, Ampangan, bila kata nk amik ubat utk anak je... Staff tu kata xbole, kena bwk anak jumpa. Doktor.... Then ok... Saya akur dengan punya term n conditions.
Sampai klinik pergi kt reg counter...ckp ngan dia nk borang pakai GL comp... Sorang staff jwb... Tgu jap kak... Reg kt dia (sambil tunjuk kwn eh)... Dlm 2 min br kwn dia bg borang.... Sambil isi bgtau kt anak. . Klinik dh pakai system no la dik... Dh upgrade... Pastu pas balik borang kt staff... Staff terus amik borang tu tanpa kta apa2.... Aku blur jap.... Mana tiket no...??? Rupanya anak pn sama...siap tanya aku nk amik no kt mna....staff pn x ckp apa... Aku duk berdiri kt tepi counter tu tgu nk tiket no... Mcm bangang jap rasa eh... Last2 anak kata jom la duduk... Penat berdiri.... Sambil2 tu aku perati je staff2 dia... Patient lain... Dlm 4 5 org je dlm tu... Pastu ada notice pasal system baru..so service mungkin lambat... Ermm... Ok la... Baru nk pakai system no kan...
Dh 10.22... Nama aku x panggil2 lg utk tiket no.... Dh setengah jam ni.... Muka org lain dh toya...anak pn dh lelap2....staff pulak xde budi bahasa... Klu masa amik borang ckp elok2... Lambat sikit kak ya... Sbb pakai system baru... Sejukkk jugak hati aku... Ni muka mcm diri tu hebat sgt.. .. πππ..last2 x leh tahan... Aku mintak borang aku... Kejut anak ajak balik...anak lak bangun2 je tanya... Dh bole jumpa doktor ke mamaa... Ermmm.... Dh mati nanti br dpt jumpa doktor dik... πππ...
Aku pergi klinik ni sbb panel klinik company pastu dekat ngan umah.... Sbb tu je... Tp pasni mmg x la.... Biar la aku pegi yg jauh sikit.... Dr pegi klinik yg dekat dgn staff eksen, muka x reti nk senyum, ckp pn eksen... Mcm la kau tu yg jd doktor....akak ni pun customer service.... jaga kaunter dikkk.... Klu ko malas layan org.... Jgn duk kaunter...dh la yg dtg yg sakit2.... Tgk muko ko tu bertambah sakit tau x....pastu xde budi bahasa.... Sorry ke apa ke... Jeling aku lagi ada.... Klu nk test system... Buat half dy time off utk test system n computer... Ker takut rugi.... Ni buat masa ada patients.... Dr 2 3 org... Jd 7 8 org....

Really frustrated with the service...the staff at registration counter very rude...they didnt know how to treat the patient in the nice way...always talk in high tone...dont respect the eldest...please improve your customer service...
On the 4th June,roughly at 1.30 am i went to this Penawar clinic due to head injury caused by hard fall.Once i registered myself..i was brought in to the emergency room for treatment purpose,yet the clinic was crowded,and the doctor Dr.Amirul who treated me asked me to refer to Gov hospt for treatment as he claims i might suffers from traumatically injuries,which i claimed not having any sign of it.The nurse came up n helped to clean the wound and they made me to wait helplessly with my wound heavily bleeding and given few tablets of painkillers as per asked by myself, the reason of these because they have to entertain other patients who waited before me.Now my question here..Who needs emergency treatment in this situation..??
They came up to me and claims i have to wait for the doc to treat few patients before me who with blood still running down on my head
Finally after sometime..and after i insisted to get a treatment as i cant bear the pain anymore,the doc came up and started with stitching process and finally roughly at 2.30am i left the clinic with given few tablets of pain killer and my medical certificate.
Conclusion out of this,i would say the clinic need to improve their priority analytical thinking as they need to give importance to those who really seek emergency treatment.
It is very funny as a patient who was bleeding on her head heavily was requested to wait for her so called emergency treatment as they are lacking of hands since they have to entertain the crowds who can be classified non emergency patients..so what is the difference between this private clinic and the gov hospt by the way???
