Who wants to get sick and queue to see doctor and eat medicine leh? But when I do get sick I will come to this clinic and try to queue for Dr Don. Dr Don is very empathetic, soft-spoken and always share his knowledge and explain at your level and not condescending.

The other doctor Dr Jickson is not bad but maybe not as kind and knowledgeable (just my personal opinion here). If you have the usual cough, flu, fever then can just see him/other attending doctors if all you want is just MC and medicine. However if you are here for other conditions perhaps it’s okay to just wait awhile more for Dr Don.

As for nurses, generally I feel they are alright and while they may not be your top-notch service personnel, they are courteous. And they would answer the phone when I called the clinic lol.

I hope people understand that this is only one of few clinics available for such a huge and congested residences in Bukit Jalil, and plus it’s one of those with good reviews (plus it’s also one of the panel clinics). So, it is expected to have high volume of patients every day. I feel it’s more manageable if I go in the afternoon/evening. At least it’s in the bustling shop lots area so you can have a light meal/drink nearby first while waiting.

Always my go-to clinic, Dr Don is very good, patient, very well in explanation. I have been visiting his clinic for more than 10 years. The waiting queue is very long. Do expect a waiting time around 1 hour. Nearby got a lot restaurants that we can go to while waiting.

Have been the patient for 7 years already and Dr Jitson and Dr Don is very helpful and very knowledgeable. He is always caring for me and also my families.

Kudos to them and a very recommended place to visit if you're sick.

I've been here couple of times and find this Klinik extremely good. Both doctors here, Dr. Don Lim Kee Hui and Dr. Ng Tze Kiat (Jickson) are very friendly, experienced and give enough time for consultation even though the Klinik is full of patients. However, there is always a long queue for Dr. Don but it doesn’t mean that Dr. Jickson is less good. Infact, most of the times I met with Dr. Jickson and he is extremely good.

Klinik is very neat & clean and staff is friendly too. Kilinik is always full of patients and that’s because it’s really good. You’ve to easily wait for 2-3 hours for your turn (no matter it's weekday or weekend). However you can walk-in first to register and request reception to give you a call when 5-6 patients left before your number. Parking is a problem as the Klinik is in the main market but you can still find it. Overall, you feel satisfied after a long waiting period but trust me it's worth.

Good Doctor, but waiting line is super long. I have been coming to this clinic since couple of years ago. When i really sick badly, i would come here. The medicine that he give is a small dose but it works for me. Waiting patiently is the thing that anyone need when visiting here.

Dr Don is probably the best doctor in town, hence the long queues. Be prepared to wait an hour or so. Register your name, then grab a drink in a nearby shop and come back later. The nurses can give you an indication of waiting time.

Dr Don Lim is a good doctor who takes time to explain illness condition and cares for general well being of his patients. Although the queue is very long it is worth the wait. Nurse is helpful and provides service to call when my turn is near. They have now provided another doctor during peak hours to ease the queue or take patients who cannot wait that long. Patients are given a choice to see him or another doctor on duty. Free wifi , movie and kids' play area is also provided to make waiting more comfortable and bearable.

Good caring doctor. However, long waiting queue makes patients not patience. At times has to wait for an hour. If too serious, can't wait, will go to another clinic nearby. Should have additional doctor during peak hours.
