Medical and non-medical staff are friendly and very professional but the lack of parking spaces here have become a legend in this part of Ipoh.

I do feel that it is outrageously overcrowded at peak hours and KKM should look into this as soon as possible.

THE WORST! my sister is a student and the college sent her here bcs of food poisoning. My sister had it for 3 days and had to sit in a wheelchair. The doctor laughed and dont even give mc. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! How can you laugh at your patient? Always heard the doctors here saying rude things to their patients. Horrible

Good and fast service! The PPK, MA, nurses and doctors are very friendly and helpful! Waiting a bit long is normal, considering the patient load and we are paying just RM1 for consultation and procedures (such as ECG which cost RM50 or more in private setting) very grateful for our countrys healthcare system. Will come again if needed (hopefully will stay healthy and no need to overcrowd the clinic)

The clinic closes during lunch break and opens at 2pm. Parking space is limited so you have to go early just to find a parking spot. everything else is good. I just find the staff that are working at the lab (urine/sputum tests) are quite rude. Saw a guy who doesn't know where to go and brought his number to the staff and being told rudely to go to the correct counter.

I have visited this clinic for around 3 times in past 2 months, my overall observation that the white uniform staff (Puteri Zainatul) is rather rude to the patient/patient family when providing guidance on the queue number/room. When patient family passing the medical card to Puteri Zainatul for the room no., she would rather rudely answer or addressing patient name. I would expect a clinic officer to address patient ie : Madam, Sir rather than "oi oi oi"....or commented that patient didn't clearly look at the basket where to place the medical card.
I humbly requested the management in Klinik Kesihatan Kampung Simee to look into this manner specifically on staffs attitude towards patients.
