  We rent car from them several times and had a good experience, except for the last time. We got involved in a minor car accident, where another car hit us from behind. Although other car driver admitted their mistake and agreed to pay full damage, Klezcar tried to charge us for damage again. When we started to argue they start threaten us with police report against us etc. We had a plane to catch so we had to left deposit money as damage fees.
