  Old hotel... Room is old, wall with moldy and tear-off paint... Toilet is dirty with poor drainage... Worst part: air-conditioning is not functioning at all, only hot air out and maintenance failed to fix the problem after few hours. The hotel staff moved us to other hotel at late night.

  Strategic location, access to food outlets, within walking distance to banks, shops for local products and one major shopping mall.

  Adequate to transit + cheep
  
  On promo you can get a one night stay around RM100. It is very basic but clean.
  
  Location - a walking distance to the seafront and right smack in KK town.
  
  Bookings - fast and efficient thru online booking (I used Traveloca, sometime linked thru Air Asia).

  The plus: Location is great. Right in the heart of the town. Its clean, has a spacious bathroom and a wide bed. The not-so-plus: Tv has 4 channels only, air condition is rather unstable, periodically warm and cold. Curtains do not entirely block off stray street lights. Not advisable if u need pitch darkness for a good night rest. Else a value place to pit stop!

  Good location within walking distance around old KK town. Famous Gaya Sunday market is just right at door step.

  Hotel is in center so location is very good. But at least my room didn't had windows so this was really big surprise.

  The half-asleep receptionist struggled to find my booking which id already paid for in advance. The room was small, with poor hot water and could do with a good clean, but it was adequate. Online information is false and misleading; there's no common room, no room service or on-site cafe, no laundry service. Good for travellers looking for affordable accommodation.

  Right bang in the center of the city opposite to malls. Walking distance to the pier where all island trip starts in the morning.
  All local eateries and coffee shops just below and also on the same road.
  Absolutely great place for the money you pay for 1 or 2 short night halts.

  Go to shopping centre n jesselton jetty very neary. Sunday morning also can shop the morning market infornt of hotel!
