  Excellent vehicle and customer service. We rented a Hilux for a couple of weeks and while it was several years old, everything went smoothly and we had zero issues even when driving on seriously gnarly terrain.

  Had a brand new Myvi (clocked 16k km only!) available for pick up right from the airport, up till 4th-day send back airport hassle free and always receive a broad smile along with friendly service. Special shoutout to David who made this a pleasant journey! Definitely will use their service again, one of the most affordable and comfy ride ever had!

  3rd time renting from them and has been a mostly pleasant experience apart from the issue that information does not appear to be passed between their different teams, so I find it difficult to have to repeat details multiple times.
  
  Otherwise rates were reasonable and the experience has always been quite seamless.

  We actually got a really nice car from them; brand new! Some of the people there were also quite nice.
  What I extremely disliked though was that the arrangements we made over the phone a day before meant nothing to them. We decided on a certain time for the car to be delivered to us. After waiting for about twenty minutes I had decided to give them a call. At first nobody answered. Then someone finally did and they asked me to wait until someone else would call me. Someone did, but they called to give me a phone number of someone who was actually gonna take us to the airport to grab the car that was meant to be delivered to our hotel, etc. The same thing happened when we tried to return the car.
  
  If you want to save yourself some hustle, just go with the bigger, well known car rental agencies.
